If you don’t know how to market your brand on the web the best way to start is by marketing on one of the most popular social networking websites available today, which is Facebook. First of all, Facebook is primarily a social networking website that is designed to let people communicate with their friends in a dynamic way. It also serves a way for people to meet new people and set up new relationships.

That new relationship will be between you and your fans. The great thing about Facebook is that it is steadily growing. It’s bound to hit 1 billion before 2012 is over. Now that they are a publicly traded company, more feature and improvements will be on the way to fan-page owners. We’ve seen two major ones recently:

  1. Ability to Schedule Future Posts
  2. Ability to Promote Your Page Posts

We hope this infographic will lead new users in the right path. This infographic will help you understand the basics of building a Facebook page and might teach you something you didn’t know. It’s straight forward and quite simple to follow. Enjoy!
