DesignersMX showcases beautifuly designed mixes. Not just the quality hand-picked music collection, but the time consuming album cover art as well. Asking some of the industry’s top designers, DesignersMX is on a mission to discover the musical secrets of creativity. We have a very strong taste in life, and the things that populate it; Music is one of those things.

There a huge debate whether music while working is a resource or a decoy. Some cannot work without it, some thrive for the sound of silence. One thing for sure is, the choice is completely yours…depending on your workplace. I hear from many people that instrumental music is quite helpful. The low and high pitched tones of word can distract us. Having a smooth and uplifting sound means the world to some.

Today we collected some great mixes compiled by designers just like you! Music has so many genres, thus making it hard to find something that the majority will like. We think that the following collection will appeal to many of our readers. If you cannot find something that matches your interest, there is a huge library on their website to select from. We listed the name of the mix as well as the original creator above each listing.  The track list is presented to you, so you can easily look up a song on Youtube or other service like Spotify.

5. Wood and Nails by Noah Stokes

I’m an album purist. I believe the artists spent hours upon hours upon days upon weeks even perfecting their track listing. Who am I to question that? Who are you to question that? I’ve never made a mix/playlist before-until today. I put a lot of thought into each song, their order and the story that they tell when listened to from beginning to end. I hope you enjoy the journey of each track and more importantly the entirety of the mix itself.
