As you may know typography is the art and technique of printing with movable type. Typography is everywhere you look newspaper, magazines, books, posters, and the list goes on. Typography is one of my favorite parts of design. Today we present you with our fourth installment of our popular typography design collection. This roundup is packed with incredible designs, high quality work, and skillful artists! Now we know that most of these examples are Photoshop based, but we still think they are very attractive and act as eye candy.

Really?
Graphically, most of these are very beautiful and nice to look at.
But typographically? Half of them are completely illegible! I counted 30 that I would have been able to read if I had been passing them by on the street as a poster or whatnot. I have to squint even to try and focus on one area of them.
Is readability not a criterion for type these days?
My favourite is either the Don Draper quote, or ‘intensity’. Very nice. ‘Here comes the sun’ is beautiful, but again a little hard to read, and ‘n’… well. What’s it for? But pretty nonetheless.
I agree with El.
Not remarkable typography at all.
But appealing to the eye
It’s like walking through a Supermarket and trying to see which Brand stands out.
Eventually you are overwhelmed by the visual pollution.
Nothing that great here.
And I don’t rate it unless it’s functional.
You can’t type a sentence using any of this “typography”.
It’s just design where some of the lines, curves and marks represent letters of the alphabet.
Not as random as a monkey trying to eventually type a Shakespearen play! Nearly. LOL
You don’t have to be able to type a sentence or make it eligible to make it be Typography. Typography is also design and this is design.
There’s nothing like good typography to convey a message and really let it hit home and these are absolutely beautiful. I’m with Hannah, I can’t pick a favorite!
