I believe that at some point, every successful person had to have a morning routine to be more productive. Each day starts in the morning, obviously. So in order to have a good day, you must have a good start.

Before you say, “I work better in the evening”, consider this: After you wake up, your brain is “fresh” again. You can access great amounts of energy. You can use your initial morning hours to deal with things that require more mental focus.

Most of us know that doctors suggest that the best hours of sleep are from 10 PM to 6-8 AM. Successful people know that time is priceless – and that’s exactly why they tend to wake up extremely early. If they have a great start in the morning, they’ll get more results and personal time.

This one might not seem that important, but it is! This one-minute habit will help you start the day right and cut the temptation of going back to bed. You will be surprised to know that every successful person does this.
