Free WordPress Themes Released in Summer 2012

If we think about the world’s most popular content management systems, then names like WordPress, Joomla and Drupal come to mind. But if we think about an extremely user friendly CMS with a simple and intuitive structure, then the list will be reduced to one name – WordPress. Although, there is still no consensus on which CMS is better in terms of security, usability, flexibility and functionality, WordPress is definitely a great choice for frequently updated blogs where the webmaster wants to focus on content, not technology. Anyway, we are not here to compare the top three content management systems; we’re going to feature some helpful web design freebies instead.

The summer will soon be over and we hope it was fun and relaxing. Now it’s time to say goodbye to the summer, but we wanted to do it in an original way. So in this article we’ll be listing the most beautiful free WordPress Themes that summer 2012 has brought us. As you look through the themes, you’ll notice that they are different in design and they come from different companies, but all of them are free to download and use.

Also, each free WordPress theme is created with a special purpose in mind. For instance, one theme is good for a news site, another is good for a corporate site, and so on. In other words, whatever site you want to build, the chances are high that you’ll find the perfect design for your project here. And of course, you are free to customize the template that you choose (i.e. change images, texts, fonts, etc), meaning you can make your site look exactly the way you want it.
