Kym Buchman gets a temporary pass out of rehab to attend her sister Rachel’s wedding. The scene is set for a lot of family drama as the Buchman family is forced to face a tragedy in their past when a drunken Kym lost control of her car, an accident that claimed the life of her brother.

Corporate defence lawyer Robert Bilot risks losing everything when he visits his grandmother’s home in Parkersburg and discovers that DuPont, a powerful industrial company, has been poisoning the town’s water for decades.
Based on real events, the story follows Bilot’s battle for the truth after he discovers that an unregulated and deadly chemical has been dumped in Parkersburg, causing cancer and other diseases among the townsfolk and their cows. The fight for justice threatens his career, family and ultimately his life.
