5. The Lady and the Tramp (1955)
This classic love story follows the lives of Lady, a Cocker Spaniel living with good owners and Tramp, a streetwise stray. When Lady’s family goes on vacation and a dog-hating aunt moves in to babysit their infant, her two cats fool their owner into thinking that Lady is a dangerous dog. The muzzled Lady escapes and falls in love with Tramp. Together they save the baby from a rat and Lady’s owners welcome the feisty stray into their home.
6. Inside Out (2015)
Inside 11-year-old Riley’s mind are wonderful things. The basic emotions are intelligent beings, her memories are glowing balls, and the five most important memories are floating islands.
During a difficult time in Riley’s life, Joy tries to suppress Sadness in a misguided attempt to always keep Riley happy. This leads to chaos until Joy realizes that without Sadness, Riley cannot tell people she’s unhappy and get the comfort she needs from her family.
7. Up (2009)
Since he was a boy Carl Fredricksen had a dream of going to Paradise Falls, a place where his hero, the explorer Charles Muntz, had disappeared. But life always gets in the way. Finally deciding to go, the now elderly Carl attaches balloons to his house and flies off.
Along the way, he meets an over-eager scout trying to earn his “assisting the elderly” badge, a talking dog and a strange bird. They unite when Muntz appears as an enemy and Carl learns that he still has a lot to live for.

Wendy loves telling her little brothers the story of Peter Pan. One night, the children are delighted when the real Pan shows up and takes them to Neverland. They meet the Lost Boys, the mermaids and also the evil Captain Hook who tries treachery and blackmail to find Peter’s secret hideout.

11. The Little Mermaid (1989)
Teenage mermaid, Ariel, is obsessed with the human world. After she rescues Eric, a prince, from drowning Ariel slips away before he can see her. But the little mermaid is lovesick and wants to join him in his world. She goes to the sea witch Ursula, who turns Ariel into a human. But Ariel must get a true kiss from Eric within three days or she will belong to Ursela forever.
12. Toy Story (1995)
Andy Davis has a room full of toys that come alive when humans aren’t near. The toys are always nervous when Andy gets gifts, afraid that something better might replace them. When Andy gets an action figure, Buzz Lightyear, for his birthday all the toys are relieved. But Andy’s favorite toy, Sheriff Woody, is jealous with all the attention that Buzz is getting. Soon enough, their rivalry causes them to get lost and they have to work together to find their way back home.
13. Finding Nemo (2003)
After a barracuda eats his entire family, Marlin the clownfish lives by one rule – to make his only surviving kid, Nemo, as over-cautious as himself. But when Marlin’s overprotective behavior embarrasses Nemo on his first day of school, the young clownfish rebels and leaves the safety of the Great Barrier Reef.
Marlin watches in horror how Nemo is captured by scuba divers. He sets off on a long journey to rescue his son, learning along the way not to be scared of everything and uses his new-found confidence to find Nemo.
14. Ratatouille (2007)
Remy is a young rat who dreams of cooking like his idol, the late chef Auguste Gusteau. But since no human will eat at a restaurant where the chef is a rat, he teams up with Alfredo Linguini, a garbage boy with the same dream. With Remy preparing the meals and Linguini posing as the chef, they soon make Gusteau’s Restaurant popular again. But their friendship is tested by fame, jealous rivals and a feared food critic.
15. Beauty and the Beast (1991)
When Belle’s father accidentally trespasses on the Beast’s property, he’s taken prisoner. To free him, Belle exchanges places with him. Despite a rocky start, the Beast and Belle fall in love and race against time to defeat a hateful mob and the spell that gave him his monstrous appearance.
16. 101 Dalmatians (1961)
Dalmatians Pongo and Perdita are the proud new parents of 15 puppies. But when the litter is abducted, they suspect Cruella de Vil who has sworn revenge after Pongo’s owner refused to sell the pups to her.
Using the Twilight Barking chain, the Dalmatians learn that the puppies have been located far away in Suffolk. Pongo and Perdita rescue their pups and 84 others, trekking back home through treacherous weather all the while trying to avoid being captured by Cruella.
17. Pinocchio (1940)
A childless woodworker named Geppetto is ecstatic to discover that the puppet he made has come to life. Called Pinocchio, he’d been animated by the Blue Fairy who promised the puppet that she would turn him into a real boy when he proves himself as brave and selfless. However, Pinocchio has several misadventures before he learns the true meaning of courage and family.
18. Snow White and the Seven Dwarves (1937)
Snow White is an orphaned princess living with her beauty-obsessed stepmother. When the Queen’s magical mirror tells her that Snow White is now the “fairest of them all,” she orders a huntsman to kill her stepdaughter. Instead, he releases her in the woods where she meets the seven dwarfs. When the Queen learns that she is still alive, she puts Snow White into a deep sleep that can only be broken by true love’s kiss.
19. Cinderella (1950)
Cinderella leads a miserable life as a maid to her stepmother and stepsisters. But when she learns that the prince will choose his wife at a royal ball, Cinderella attends with the help of her fairy godmother. They fall in love but Cinderella abruptly runs away when she realizes the spell that gave her a beautiful gown is about to break. The prince is left with her glass slipper and vows to find the young woman, even if he has to try the shoe on every maiden in the kingdom.
20. Frozen (2013)
Princess Elsa of Arendelle has no fear of her magical ability to control ice and snow. But when she accidentally hurts her younger sister, Anna, with her magic, it sends Elsa down a rabbit hole of fear, out of control magic and pushing her sister away.
When Elsa becomes Queen, another disastrous mishap turns her kingdom into an icy world. Anna sets out to find her reclusive sister and defend her throne against a Prince who is scheming to get rid of both of them. In the process Elsa learns how to control her magic by banishing fear with love.
21. Moana (2016)
On the Polynesian island of Motunui, the chief’s daughter Moana wants to cure a blight that threatens her people with hardship. Her grandmother tells her that the land is being poisoned by the goddess Te Fiti because Maui, a demigod, stole her stone heart.
Moana sets off on a brave quest to recover the heart and even ropes in the guilty Maui to help her find the heart which he lost in the ocean a thousand years ago.
22. Pocahontas (1995)
In 1607, Pocahontas meets John Smith who had arrived with other Englishmen to settle the New World.
When their relationship is discovered, it ramps up the tension between her Powhatan tribe and the newly-built Jamestown. When John is captured and almost executed, Pocahontas saves him and paves the way for a truce.
23. The Aristocats (1970)
Dutchess and her kittens live in Paris with a doting and wealthy lady. When the butler discovers he will only inherit her millions when the cats are gone, he decides to get rid of them.
He abandons Dutchess and her kittens in the countryside where she meets an alley cat called Thomas O’Malley. Taking the lost family on a fun adventure, O’Malley guides them back home where he and his friends make sure the butler never bothers Dutchess again.
24. Tangled (2010)
Rapunzel grows up in a tall tower, completely isolated from the outside world. But when the thief Flynn Rider climbs into the tower to hide from his accomplices, she convinces him to take her to the annual lantern festival.
They embark on a hilarious adventure but danger also follows, as Rapunzel learns the truth about the woman who kept her in the tower, her own long, glowing hair and her connection to the thousands of lanterns released by the King and Queen every year.
25. The Princess and the Frog (2009)
In New Orleans, Tiana dreams of opening her own restaurant. She meets a talking frog, who mistakes Tiana for a princess, and tells her that he’ll finance her restaurant if she kisses him and breaks the voodoo spell that turned him from a prince called Naveen and into a frog.
But the plan backfires. Tiana is not a real princess so she turns into a frog as well. The two set out to find a cure while also trying to stop the voodoo witch doctor who now threatens the souls of everyone in New Orleans.
