Having difficulty waking up in the morning? You’re not alone. Plenty of people find it hard to get up and start their days. And it’s not just because you’re not a ‘morning person’. Factors such as lifestyle and medical conditions can make it difficult for a person to wake up in the morning.
For instance: if you’re the type who likes to party hard until the wee hours, then that’s most likely why you’re so grumpy the next day. Binge-watching those Netflix originals is also a problem. Try sticking to a schedule to make sure you get up just in time to hit the shower and commute.
Another thing you can do is to keep your room to a relaxing 15 to 19 degrees Celsius so your body can prepare for bed. Have kids or babies? Make sure they’re asleep so you can sleep soundly, too! Avoid doing work like answering emails so your mind can chill.
