Early Life and Career Information
Born on February 10, 1993, in Beirut, Lebanon, Mia Khalifa was raised in a very conservative catholic family. While in Beirut, she attended a private French school where she learned how to speak English and French. Due to the South Lebanon conflict, her family immigrated to the United States and resided in Montgomery County, Maryland.
While in Montgomery County, she attended Northwest High School in Germantown, Maryland, where she played lacrosse. She often commented that she was bullied and called a dark, ugly, and weird girl in high school.
After graduating from high school, she attended the Massanutten Military Academy School, Woodstock, Virginia. She then secured admission into The University of Texas, El Paso, and eventually graduated with a BA in History.
To make ends meet in college, she worked as a bartender and occasionally worked as a model. She also worked as a “briefcase girl” in a Spanish language TV language game show.
In 2014, she was approached by a porn producer while walking down the street. Two weeks later, she accepted the request and began to work as an adult actress. About three months later, she gained popularity after a scene was released by “BangBros,” where she performed sexual acts with two other actors while wearing a hijab.
The scene sent Mia Khalifa into the limelight and gave her instant popularity. Through the popular video, which had about 1.5 million views, Mia Khalifa became the most searched performer on Pornhub.
