Milana Vayntrub (born Milana Aleksandrovna Vayntrub) was born on March 8, 1987, in Tashkent, the capital city of Uzbekistan, formerly Uzbek Soviet Socialist Republic, USSR.
Milana and her Jewish family emigrated to West Hollywood, USA, to escape from antisemitic attacks in her home country.
Milana was from a low-income family as her mother worked in a factory and cleaned, while her father was a deliveryman. Milana was enamored by modeling and acting as a child, and her family’s underprivileged situation forced her to seek out work.
Fortunately for her, she got her dream job – acting. She started acting at the age of 5 and appeared in Mattel Barbie commercials.
Before dropping out, she went to Beverly Hills High School until sophomore year. She eventually acquired her GED and then attended the University of California in San Diego, where she got her Bachelor of Arts degree in communication.
