3. Kung Fu Panda (2008)

4. The 40-Year-Old Virgin (2005)

Andy Stitzer is such a clumsy lover that by the age of 40, he is still a virgin. He has given up on having sex but when his friends discover his secret, the news soon travels throughout his workplace and it attracts embarrassing advice from colleagues as well as unwanted advances from his female boss.
After he endures several mishaps caused by his friends who insist on trying to “help” him, Andy meets a woman called Trish and they agree to go on twenty dates before they sleep together. But Andy has to overcome his insecurities and his bumbling friends to realize that he has to romance Trish in his own way.
5. Zack And Miri Make A Porno (2008)

Roommates Miri and Zack have known each other for ages and enjoy the uncomplicated friendship of a platonic relationship. Due to their menial jobs, they struggle to pay the bills and when their utilities are cut off due to non-payment, Zack suggests that they make a porno to raise the money.
Miri reluctantly agrees and soon they rope in their friends to help make the movie. When their studio is destroyed, the group secretly films the movie after hours at Zack’s workplace, a coffee shop. But as the porno progresses, Miri and Zack realize that they have more than just friendly feelings for each other.
6. Observe and Report (2009)

Ronnie is head of security at Forest Ridge Mall and when a flasher starts to expose himself in the parking lot to customers, he is determined to catch the perpetrator. But when he fails to stop repeated appearances by the flasher and a robbery goes down inside the mall, a police detective arrives to investigate.
Ronnie grows increasingly desperate to outshine the detective – while the officer does his best to get rid of the security guy. The comedy shows how Ronnie spirals out of control when his hero complex goes over into violent vigilantism.
7. Knocked Up (2007)

When Allison and Ben meet at a party, their drunken state leads to a one-night stand. The new couple has to deal with being strangers and yet parents, their own fears when it comes to commitment and their rocky attempt to have a relationship.
8. Paul (2011)

In this hilarious comedy, Seth Rogen provides the voice of the small grey alien called Paul. Years ago, Paul crash-landed on Earth and has managed to stay out of trouble for 60 years. But then he steals a car and causes an accident in the Southwestern US. Two British tourists, Graeme and Clive, stop to assist and realize that the driver is an alien.
Paul convinces them to give him a lift so that he can visit a certain location and signal to his mothership. The two friends have to deal with their difference in opinion about the alien’s intentions and the borderline-psychotic government agents who will stop at nothing to catch the spunky alien.
9. Pineapple Express (2008)

Dale Denton is a pot-smoking guy who delivers legal notices to people being sued. One night he arrives at the home of Ted Jones to serve him paperwork when Dale witnesses Jones murdering a man. Escaping the scene, he goes to his dealer, Saul, and convinced that the killer has followed Dale, they decide to go on the run.
Jones identify Saul’s involvement after he finds a half-smoked marijuana cigarette on his property, one that contains a rare strain that only Saul sells (this type of weed is called Pineapple express). Jones sends his henchmen after the bumbling pair and a hilarious chase ensues.
10. Take This Waltz (2011)

Margot is a married freelance writer. When she goes on a business trip, she encounters a rickshaw operator and artist called Daniel. Their instant attraction is obvious but feeling guilty, Margot does not allow things to progress any further. However, once back with her husband, she realizes to her shock that Daniel is actually their neighbor living opposite their Toronto home.
Since they can hardly avoid each other, their attraction grows and eventually Margot leaves her husband to live with her new lover. The movie shows Margot and Daniel’s passionate love affair evolve into a relationship just as mundane as the one she’d had with her husband, making her wonder if it had been worth it to abandon her married life.
11. Neighbors (2014)

Mac and Kelly Radner are the new parents of a baby girl. This new lifestyle adjustment already estranges them from their childless circle of friends but to make matters worse, a rowdy college fraternity moves in next door.
At first, the couple and frat boys are amicable neighbors. But when the end-of-the-year party draws closer, the college kids are determined to make this the biggest, loudest, and most epic bash of all time. Tired of the constant noise and definitely not in the mood for the bash, Mac and Kelly try to get them to leave. This triggers a prank war that soon spirals out of control.
12. The Watch (2012)

Evan is devoutly protective of his neighborhood and after a security guard is murdered at the Costco where he works, he decides to form a neighborhood watch. He only managed to recruit three other friends but they do not take the patrols as seriously as Evans, which leads to a lot of friction.
One night, they discover a strange metallic ball that emits a beam capable of destroying anything. Convinced that the orb is an alien weapon, the group goes on high alert. Soon, more townsfolk are murdered and Evan and his friends capture an alien. They learn that an invasion is imminent and decide to stop it.
13. Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising (2016)

In this hilarious sequel, Mac and Kelly think that they are free of the fraternity next door when the house changes owners – only for a sorority to move in. At first, the couple is like, “Hey, what can go wrong, right? These are girls.” When the party-loving, pot-smoking, rude-attitude reality hits, Mac and Kelly realize that the women are just as bad.
To help them to banish the sorority, they enlist the help of Teddy, the leader of the fraternity that had given them so much hell. Forming an unusual partnership, they square off with the determined sorority sisters in a turf war like no other.
14. Superbad (2007)

Seth and Evans are high school seniors and long-time friends. Despite being underaged, they promise a girl, who invited them to her party, that they will bring alcohol to make the bash a night to remember. With fake ID in hand, they recruit a friend to buy the drinks but then things start to go wrong.
The boys end up at a different party where people are borderline crazy and the cops have their friend – but as it turns out, the police officers also want a fun time, even if it means throwing Molotov cocktails and fake-arresting people.
15. Funny People (2009)

When a previously successful movie star, George Simmons, is given a bad diagnosis, he becomes convinced that he is terminally ill. To escape his depression, he returns to his stand-up comedy roots and hires aspiring comedian, Ira Wright, to be his assistant and content writer.
George is told that his leukaemia is in remission and he impulsively begins to court a married friend causing problems for them both. It also threatens to destroy his close friendship with Ira, who believes that George has learned nothing from his close brush with death.
