Thomas Weston Segura was born on April 16, 1979, in Cincinnati, Ohio, United States, to Thomas Nadeau Segura and Rosario “Charo” Segura. His father served in the United States Marine Corps as an officer during the Vietnam War before becoming a wealth manager and vice president (VP) at Merrill Lynch. His mother was mostly a homemaker.
