Digital real estate is hotter than ever.
Business owners are diversifying their portfolios by branching out from their typical investment sets to find alternatives that can offer the same types of profits as Bitcoin did in 2017/2018.
Everyone is craving the next digital wave that will offer 10x return on investment and more.
But what if I told you, that it was already here?
Digital marketing is more than building campaigns, chucking up websites, and work and prayers.
Digital real estate is a relatively new and blooming flower of opportunity that has already been pounced upon by those in the know.
Teams like FEInternational and more go out of their way to contact, buy, and develop websites of a variety of backgrounds for the purpose of eventually flipping it or keeping it long term for the revenue it generates.
These sites, when flipped, earn as much as 24x the monthly revenue.
For instance, on a site making $10,000 a month, the average sale price would be $120-240,000.
It all depends on a variety of factors such as ownership, included resources, stability, number of articles on the site, SEO ranking factors and much more.
Due diligence is done on the bigger sites, but even the smaller sites can fetch a fair price as well.
Now is the time to get involved, and we have three sites/niches we think are going to do well in the coming years.
- Create A Rental Marketplace
- Niche Travel Blogs
- Healthy Animal Food
Rental marketplaces that are niche can do very well.
It can be for specialized products such as furry suits, a DD, or a number of other fringe things that can generate traffic and attention easily.
It can also be for something as simple as local artists looking to rent out their pieces or skill set.
The limit is on what you can make unique and differentiate from other online marketplaces.
Regardless, fringe sites sell very well.
Whether for minorities or those interested in a special form of tourism, travel niche blogs are gaining steam for their specialized knowledge that is applicable to specific subsets of the population.
They breed loyalty, and have a number of monetization opportunities that are ripe for the taking.
The only limit is the amount of writers and content creators you have on hand, and the scope of the population within your subcommunity.
Third, as we become more aware of what we feed our animals, more and more owners are spending extraordinary amounts of money on specialized healthy pet food as well as learning how to make it themselves.
This niche is wide open with opportunity.
Partnering with sellers as an affiliate or starting your own operation with a fulfillment center can go a long way to making it more profitable down the line due to its relative independence.
