You have a good design and layout. The color and design appears cool and effective. Even your website seems to be good in terms of visibility over the search results at places like Google and Bing. You even have things like the flash animation over your website and you have loads of information on your website. But still may not result you in terms of business and traffic. Another disaster if your website is not result oriented. Make sure you balance things the right way, avoid giving too much information and be specific in giving things to your visitors.

A degree in computer science will not give you the skills and talent to develop a good website. The degree of the web designer may appear a lucrative thing but will not guarantee you an exceptional website. If you by chance meet an incompetent developer for your website, make sure you are on your way to disaster. A good developer always has the understanding of business and adopts technologies which help them to develop a result oriented website for you.
