Lessons from the Life of Sean Kingston
Transform Pain to Passion
Sean Kingston’s childhood was not a happy one. With his single mom going in and out of jail, Sean had no one else to model his life after and could have easily ended up by his mother. Contrary to that, the talented artist infused his pain and frustration into his music. Sean’s life is a vivid example of how we can always turn painful situations into productive projects.
Only You Can Save Yourself
You only hear of the name Sean Kingston today because young Kisean took the initiative to upload videos of himself, doing what he knew best. Consider an alternate reality where Sean is waiting on some unknown person to come out of nowhere, presenting him with music gigs; we’ll probably never hear the name Sean Kingston.
In the real world, successful people do not wait for opportunities to locate them. They go out and look for opportunities to establish themselves.
